Description

In this lesson, students will write a narrative with Dash and Dot as the main characters. Students will then develop code to demonstrate their written narrative. Finally, students will present their code and narrative to the class.

  • Students will:

    • write a narrative using grade-appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
    • compare and contrast programs that we write in Blockly to narratives that we read and write.
    • design a program that tells a story following a story map.
    • design a program that includes Dash finding Dot using sensors and a custom sound.
